Job summary

The Procare Group seeks Factual Investigators to join our team in Canberra. We offer full-time, casual and contractor roles with flexible work from home options and office locations.

You will conduct statements, gather evidence, and draft detailed factual reports, supporting workers compensation and CTP investigations. Applicants must hold Certificate III in Investigations, a valid Investigator Licence, a valid driver’s licence and vehicle, and have strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigator Licences.
• Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
• Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
• If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.

Responsibilities

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Canberra and a proportion of work across ACT.
• Interview appropriate key parties, taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties.
• Prepare and draft factual reports.
