STERIS in Sydney requires a hands-on technician responsible for maintenance and repair of operating room equipment, including tables, lights, and DOR systems. The role involves travel across the Sydney metropolitan area and occasional regional trips.

You will perform scheduled maintenance, assist with installation and commissioning, diagnose faults, and respond to emergencies. Strong IT skills, reading schematics, and a valid driver's licence are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in technical maintenance, servicing, and repair.
• 2+ years' fault diagnosis and troubleshooting preferred.
• Understanding of data communications, networking, and fibre optic technologies.
• Ability to work in operating theatres, including during live procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled maintenance on operating room equipment.
• Assist with installing and commissioning of new equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out urgent repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls.
• Manage trunk stock and keep inventory up to date.
• Provide top-tier customer service and technical support.
