Job summary

Surf Life Saving Australia is seeking a customer-focused Supporter Services Team Member for our Brisbane team. The role combines administration, donor engagement and customer service across multiple channels to ensure high-quality supporter experiences.

You will manage supporter records, respond to enquiries, assist with campaigns and memberships, and help retain donors while learning new systems and processes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, or contact centre roles.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• A professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supporter records in databases.
• Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email and written communications.
• Manage inbound and outbound supporter interactions.
• Support membership retention and donor activities.
• Assist with supporter, donor and lottery campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to grow supporter engagement.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Learn and adopt new systems and processes.
• Positively participate in training and development opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused team culture.
