Qualifications

• Experience in disability, aged and community sectors is helpful but not essential.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening check is required.

• Work in partnership with the person supported, their family and networks to help achieve life goals.
• Provide support in everyday living, including personal care, focusing on choice and quality of life.
• Contribute to development, implementation and review of individual plans.
