Job summary

Focus Care Australia is seeking caring Greek-speaking Support Workers to join our Coburg team. With a minimum of two hours with each client, you will build meaningful connections and support independence in daily living.

We’re recruiting for Greek-speaking roles in Coburg. Flexible shifts, competitive pay, kilometres paid, and ongoing training are provided to help you thrive while supporting clients from Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• Greek-speaking candidate
• Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain one
• Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Willingness to assist with personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support
• Ability to travel to participants’ homes

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to participants
• Assist with transport and accompany participants to activities
• Support community access and domestic tasks as needed
• Support social participation and independent living goals

At Focus Care, we're seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives.

We are currently recruiting for Greek speaking Support Workers to provide services in the Coburg area.

Our services runMonday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

What We’re Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing high-quality support.

To join our team, you'll need:
