• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a clear understanding of duty of care and risk management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Basic technical support or digital literacy skills to assist clients with everyday technology and online services.
• Current qualification in community services, disability, aged care, or a related field (or working toward such qualifications).
• Current working rights in Australia, valid police check, and any required clearances for working with vulnerable people.
• Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW, with reliability, punctuality, and a professional, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities
