Bayside City Council invites you to join Bayside Care and Support to help older people live safely and confidently at home. You’ll focus on domestic support, practical help, and companionship in the Bayside area.

No aged care experience is required; full training and support are provided. You’ll travel between clients across Bayside and Glen Eira, with four weekdays 9am–3pm, using your own car and a Victorian license.

Qualificações

• Able to work at least 4 weekdays between 9am to 3pm.
• Have a reliable car and a current Victorian driver’s license.
• Be able to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Police Check and Working with Children Check; costs covered.

Responsabilidades

• Vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning.
• Bathroom and kitchen cleaning.
• Changing bed linen and light laundry.
• Other routine household duties.
• Monitor clients’ health and wellbeing and report concerns.
• Travel between clients’ homes across Bayside and Glen Eira and build relationships with a regular group of clients.

Your day-to-day

This role focuses primarily on domestic support, helping your clients maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment.

Your regular duties may include:

We’re looking for people who:
