Job summary

Aruma in Australia is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower participants to live independently. You will create a warm, engaging environment, help with daily activities, and support people to achieve personal goals with dignity and respect.

Five days of online and practical training, plus a thorough onsite induction, prepare you to thrive. You will work across a 24/7 roster including overnights and weekends; CPR/First Aid, checks, and a valid driver’s license are valued assets.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid Certificate required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Right to work in Australia and complete pre-employment probity checks.
