Job summary

Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Australia to join a values-driven team. You’ll empower participants to live independently and with dignity, providing compassionate personal care and meaningful engagement in home and community settings.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, contribute to a warm, inclusive environment, and work a flexible, 24/7 roster including overnights and weekends. Aruma offers strong development opportunities and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Working with Children Check is required or willingness to obtain.
• Driver's Licence with insured vehicle is essential.
• Flexible to work a 24/7 roster including overnights & weekends.

Responsibilities
