Aruma in Australia is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to empower participants to live independently and with dignity. You’ll help with personal care, daily activities, and community engagement, in a warm, inclusive home or in the participant’s community.

We provide five days of online and practical training, an onsite induction, flexible shifts, and opportunities for professional development within a purpose-driven team delivering real-life change.

Formación

• CPR and First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
• Driver's License & Insured Vehicle - Essential for supporting community engagement.
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including overnights & weekends.
