Aruma in Quirindi is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower participants to live independently in their home & living setting. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with daily tasks, and help participants engage in community activities.

The role supports diverse individuals across a 24/7 roster, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for professional development and recognition within a values-driven workplace.
