Inspired Living QLD is expanding its dedicated support teams in Brisbane and Ipswich to help people living with psychosocial needs achieve independence and improved quality of life. We offer training, mentoring, and ongoing development in a trauma-informed environment.

We're expanding our team and are currently building dedicated support teams across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in Brisbane and Ipswich suburbs. We’re expanding our team and looking for Participant Mentors who are consistent with a curiosity to explore and grow in an trauma-informed space. This role is about more than just support. It is about walking alongside participants as they build independence, develop skills, and improving overall quality of life.

About the Role:

We currently are building teams to support people living with Psychosocial needs to;

• Build independence, resilience and daily living skills
• Work toward their NDIS goals with person‑centered support
• Strengthen emotional wellbeing and community participation
• Grow within a trauma‑informed support environment

You will also receive training, mentoring, and ongoing development to grow and be confident in your role.

What We’re Looking For:

You’ll excel if you have:

• A genuine and professional approach
• A willingness to learn and be trained on the job
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently and within a supportive team
• A commitment to regular hours (30+ hours/week) across a 24/7 roster
• A desire to help others build resilience and improve their quality of life

You’ll need:

• Ability to demonstrate a positive, compassionate, resilient attitude
• A current Valid Driver’s License
• Sole-use of a Reliable vehicle
• The willingness and ability to obtain your Paid Yellow card and National Police check prior to commencing
• Australian New Zealand Right to Work
