Job summary

Accept Care supports aged care and NDIS participants to live safely at home. This hands-on role helps with daily tasks, personal care and building meaningful connections under care plans.

You’ll work with a dedicated office team, delivering compassionate support and maintaining high standards of care and professionalism in the community.

Qualifications

• Certification in Aged Care or equivalent is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC are mandatory.
• Manual handling and infection control training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care in clients' homes.
• Provide social support and help around the home.
• Encourage community connection and independence.
• Communicate changes to coordinators and care team.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.

About The Role

You’ll support the Aged care clients and NDIS participants to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands‑on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a dedicated office team.

Responsibilities Include

• Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing), social support & help around the home for daily living needs.
• Some domestic support including mopping, vacuuming and general cleaning.
• Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement.
• Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients.

About You

You are caring, passionate about supporting others and experienced in community support work. You have great communication skills and treat all clients with care and professionalism.
