Job summary

Calvary St Catherine's Retirement Community in South Australia is seeking a hands-on Support Worker - Hospitality Assistant to join an integrated domestic services team. You will help with cleaning, catering, cooking and laundry, delivering person-centred care and supporting residents with privacy, dignity and choice.

The role emphasises teamwork, WHS and infection control, with opportunities for training and development within Calvary's Mission, Vision and Values.

• Experience in carrying out domestic assistance duties to a high standard
• Effective interpersonal communication - written and verbal

About the role

Support Worker - Catering are part of an integrated team providing domestic services for our residents, where it is a crucial role providing support in the areas of cleaning, catering, cooking and laundry services. You will work closely with our residents and families providing a person-centred model of care, displaying respect for resident's privacy, dignity, esteem and choice.
