Job summary

Harbour at Home in New South Wales is seeking a qualified Support Worker to provide compassionate aged care in Grafton and surrounding towns. Shifts include morning and evening, with work across Laurence, Maclean and Townsend.

You will assist clients with personal care, social support, and transport to appointments while engaging with the local community. A current driver’s license and First Aid/CPR are required, and prior aged care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• You are caring and communicative, with the ability to build rapport.
• You can work autonomously and in a team, staying organized and adaptable to change.
• You seek stable, flexible, and fulfilling work in aged care.
• Must have Cert 3 or equivalent in aged care.
• Must have a current driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
• National police check within last 3 months; First Aid & CPR certificate; aged care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care support.

• Transport clients to shopping and medical appointments.
