We're expanding our teams across the Sunshine Coast and are looking for experienced, reliable Disability Support Workers who want to work with a professional, established and registered NDIS provider where quality support, good communication and consistency genuinely matter.
Looking for support work that fits around your life? We have a variety of permanent part-time and casual opportunities, with different shift patterns available including long day shifts, morning and afternoon shifts, inactive sleepovers, weekdays and weekends. Thursday to Sunday availability is particularly sought after, although we welcome a range of availability.
Our participants have a diverse range of support needs, so we’re looking for dedicated support workers who bring skills across disability and mental health support. Whether you’re looking for regular, ongoing shifts with participants you know and support consistently, or greater flexibility and work-life balance, we have a range of available roles across SIL & SDA homes and individual supports.
We focus on thoughtfully matching our Support Workers with participants based on availability, experience, skills and suitability, helping create positive and consistent support relationships.
