Job summary

Integratedliving Australia Ltd in Tasmania is seeking a dedicated Part-time Support Worker to assist clients to live independently at home across Turners Beach, Ulverstone, Devonport and Latrobe.

You will provide personal care, domestic tasks, companionship and community outings, with flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate of $36.23 plus 12% super, travel allowance, paid induction, ongoing training and clear pathways for career development.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care is required.
• Available Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm (minimum availability on Mon, Wed and Fri).
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle are required.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Working with Children Check.
• National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care, medication and daily routines.
• Help with domestic tasks, shopping and appointments.
• Support clients to get out and about in their local community.
• Build genuine connections and provide companionship.
• Deliver personalised support to maintain independence and wellbeing.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality, person-centred support.

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care
• Availability Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (minimum availability required Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
