Job summary

Claro Disability Services is hiring for permanent part-time and casual roles in Heidelberg Heights, Bellfield, Bundoora and Macleod. You will support clients with complex needs, focusing on independence, daily living, and meaningful activities.

We currently have Permanent Part-time and casual vacancies across, Heidelberg Heights, Bellfield, Bundoora and Macleod.

What you'll do (*tailored to each client as required*)

• Person-centered planning: Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get the know them and understanding of goals and routines.
• Complex physical care: Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, and devices (wheelchairs, aids, etc.) as outlined in the plan
• Medical supports: Watch for changes, follow med/clinical plans, and liaise with the care team if things shift.
• Social time and participation: Bring meaning, fun, and community access aligned with interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: Support decision‑making, respect consent, boost independence where possible.
• Cultural humility: Respect backgrounds, beliefs, and ways of being
