Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Home Care - Support Worker to join our expanding team in NSW/Yamba. You will assist veterans and seniors at home with daily living tasks and compassionate care on a flexible, part-time basis.

You’ll follow individualized care plans, support independence, and help clients stay active in their community, while benefiting from salary packaging, discounts, and extra pay on leave. Australian working rights required.

Qualifications

• Caring and genuine nature with a passion for helping people
• Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
• Strong communication with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and use technology

• Valid driver’s license and access to a car
• Police Check and/or NDIS Screening check
• Experience in aged care or disability support

Home Care - Support Worker Pay rate: up to $36.49 per hour (based on experience) Flexible work options: Part-time (contracts depends on your availability) Increase your take-home pay with salary packaging benefits

To succeed in this role we'd expect you to have:
