RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a Home Care Support Worker to assist veterans and seniors in their own homes across NSW and ACT. You will provide personal care, respite support, and help clients stay active in their communities.

Qualifications

• Certificate in health/aged care required or preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills with clients and team.

To succeed in this role we'd expect you to have:

• A caring nature – genuinely passionate about helping people
• Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
• Good communication skills with the ability chat and listen to clients and team members
• Ability to work independently & comfortable using technology
• Australian working rights
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured car
• A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
• Experience in aged care or disability support
• First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
