Alliance Care Technologies in NSW's Northern Beaches region is seeking Support Workers to deliver in-home care across the area. The role involves travel between clients' homes, with morning, afternoon, and sleepover shifts available. You will provide personal care, supervise medications, and implement each client's care plan while offering social support. Preferred qualifications include a Certificate IV in Disability/Aged Care, a valid driver's license, and current First Aid/CPR.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Disability/Aged Care (equivalent or higher) preferred.
• Motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Experience as AIN/EN/RN preferred.
• Catheter care experience highly valued.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Manual handling competency in last 12 months.
• Fully vaccinated.
• Valid provisional or driver’s licence.
• Transferrable care and compassion skills.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check.

This role will be based in the Northern Beaches, NSW. Support Workers deliver care in participants' homes across the Northern Beaches. You will be required to travel for this role. Various shifts are available: Morning, Afternoon Shift & Sleepovers.

Key responsibilities

Provide personal care including assisting with personal grooming

Medication supervision

Deliver specialised care according to each client's care plan

Provide social support

About you

Certificate IV in Disability/Aged Care (Equivalent or Higher) is preferred

Motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Previous Experience as AIN/EN/RN is preferred

Catheter Care Experience is highly valued

First Aid & CPR Certificate (Current)

Manual Handling Competency (Completed within last 12 months)

Fully vaccinated

Valid provisional or driver's licence

Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
