Mission Australia is seeking a Part-Time Support Worker for the Tenancy Sustainability Program in Katherine, NT. Base salary around AU$58,627.13 plus super and not-for-profit salary packaging benefits, with 30.4 hours per week across 4-5 days.
You will help people in the Big Rivers region build life skills, maintain tenancies, access services, and engage with community programs, while working within a supportive team and community-focused culture.

As a Support Worker in our Tenancy Sustainability Program, you will be making a real difference every day for people across Katherine and the Big Rivers region who are working hard to build safe, stable homes and stronger futures. This role is perfect for someone who knows and loves the region, who understands the importance of community, connection, and having a safe place to call home. Each day, you’ll walk alongside individuals and families, helping them strengthen life skills, maintain their tenancies, and access local services and opportunities that help them thrive.
