Job summary

Enjoy Care on the Gold Coast is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to help clients maintain independence and improve quality of life.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living tasks, accompany clients to appointments and activities, and build meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to supporting others.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Relevant checks and clearances as required for support work.
• Experience in disability, aged care, or community support is desirable but not essential.
• Ongoing training and professional development.
