Care Together Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide personalised care and assistance to individuals in our community. You will help with daily activities, promote independence, and work as part of a supportive team.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred. Flexible shifts and ongoing training opportunities are available to support your growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar support worker role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to support others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts; No weeknights or weekends!
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
