Endeavour Foundation on the Gold Coast is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to assist residents in SIL homes in Tugun and Burleigh Heads, across multiple shifts.
You will help with daily living tasks, personal care, meal planning, and community activities, while promoting independence and dignity in a supportive team.
We have 2 x Permanent Part-time positions available across our SIL homes in the Tugun / Burleigh Heads area.
Working within our SIL (Supported Independent Living) homes you will play a vital role in empowering people with disabilities to live independently, build confidence and achieve their goals. You will be confident providing personal care and supporting daily living tasks while creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. The ability to remain calm under pressure, respond appropriately to challenging situations, and build trusting relationships is essential for success in this role. Most importantly, you are passionate about empowering people with disability to live the life they choose.
