Job summary

Endeavour Foundation in Brisbane offers a Casual Disability Support Worker role based in Alexandra Hills. You will support residents with daily living, transport and community access, guided by individual plans, in a values-driven team.

Ideal candidates bring experience in disability support, excellent communication, and comfort with technology for recording progress. Flexibility with weekday shifts and alternate weekends is essential, with broader training opportunities available.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated and values-aligned Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team based in Alexandra Hills.

This opportunity is ideal for a positive, proactive communicator with a can-do attitude who can motivate, engage and support people with diverse needs. Experience is highly regarded, particularly for candidates confident working independently and within a team environment. Flexibility, initiative and strong communication skills are essential. This position is for Casual hours ideally available weekdays and every second weekend; to support our persons we support at the day program or in the SIL residential home.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• Current or willingness to obtain: Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid & CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work)
• Open Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
