Job summary

Amazing Procare is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist Aged Care and NDIS clients in the Dungog, Clarence Town, Maitland and surrounding area. You will support clients at home and in the community, helping with daily tasks and enabling goal attainment.

Key requirements include a valid Driver's Licence with a reliable insured vehicle, and checks such as Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening (we can assist). Cert 3 in Disability/Aged Care is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Driver's Licence and a reliable, fully insured vehicle required.
• Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to apply (we can help).
• Cert 3 in Disability and Aged Care is an advantage.
• Experience with community access, personal care and domestic tasks.

Responsibilities
