Job summary

Alliance Community is searching for support workers who share our values and are committed to delivering personalised, client-focused care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity.

You will join a values-driven culture that supports your growth, with flexible shifts, paid mileage between client visits, and free training to help you develop professionally. You will work with an experienced clinical team to provide meaningful, person-centred support to clients.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in disability support.
• Qualification in disability support is required (e.g. Cert IV in Disability or Cert III in Individual Support).

What you’ll bring

A genuine passion for helping others

A reliable vehicle & willingness to travel.

At least 6 months of experience in disability support

A relevant qualification is a must (e.g. Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in individual support, etc.)

Up-to-date police check, working with children’s check, NDIS worker clearance, first aid and CPR, and comprehensive car insurance(desirable)
