Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a part-time Support Worker to provide in-home care for veterans and seniors. You will assist with personal care, respite care, and community activities while following individual care plans.

The role supports a dedicated Home Care team across ACT & NSW, helping clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability.
• Good communication skills with the ability to chat and listen to clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and comfortable using technology.
• Australian working rights and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Police check/NDIS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in aged care or disability support and First Aid/CPR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming).
• Provide respite care to give carers a break.
• Help clients stay active and connected in their community.
• Follow care plans and work as a team to provide the best support.
