Job Description

A family operated respite service in the Logan area is looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join their dedicated team. This private provider supports both adults and children living with a disability with clients primarily located in Springwood and surrounding suburbs. The organisation prides itself on creating a warm welcoming environment where clients feel truly at home.

As part of a small closeknit team youll be more than just a number youll be a valued contributor to a service that genuinely cares about the people it supports. In this role youll be assisting clients with daily living tasks encouraging independence and helping them engage with their community. Youll provide personal care emotional support and companionship while also supporting clients to attend appointments and participate in social or recreational activities.

Working closely with families and other professionals youll help ensure each individual receives consistent person centred care tailored to their unique needs.
