Job summary

COFF - Southport is seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to assist older people and those living with disability to live independently and stay connected to their community. This role involves home and community-based support including daily living tasks.

Successful candidates hold a driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and will need checks such as Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and WWCC (or willingness to obtain them with support).

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC required or willingness to obtain.
• Covid vaccination preferred but not essential.
