New Wave Care in Australia is seeking experienced, passionate and reliable Support Workers to assist participants with complex care needs in the community. You will provide trauma-informed support and work with a team dedicated to compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have experience supporting people with complex care needs, a solid understanding of trauma-informed practices, current First Aid & CPR, NDIs Worker Screening, a valid driver’s licence and a reliable insured vehicle.
