Job summary

Carinity invites applications for Support Services roles within our Residential Aged Care facility in Rockhampton. You will assist in kitchen, cleaning and laundry to support holistic resident care. Fixed part-time and casual positions are available, with shifts spanning mornings and afternoons across seven days.

Applicants should be team players with good communication and be willing to work a 7-day roster. Aged care experience and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are advantageous.

About the role:

Carinity –Shalomhave exciting opportunitiesforenthusiastic Support Services team members to join the team.Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager, the SupportServices team provide integral support to the kitchen,cleaning, and laundry services within the Aged Carefacility.

In this role, you will maintain an acceptable standard of livingfor residents in support of provision of holistic care meetingtheir physical and environmental needs. There are a variety ofshifts available across all days and times, including weekends, sofull availability is desirable.

There is a permanent part-time position working 20 hours perfortnight and a casual position available. Both roles requireavailability Monday to Sunday for morning (7:00 AM – 2:30 PM) andafternoon shifts (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM).

What do I need for the role?

• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster
• Previous experience in Aged Care/similar role isadvantageous
• Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
