Job summary

Possability is seeking Casual Support Professionals for the Northern Tasmania Operations Team in Launceston to help participants with complex needs live fulfilling lives at home or in the community.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily routines, and support recreation and skill-building activities, while following care plans and reporting protocols. This role requires shift flexibility, including overnight, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred).
• Unrestricted full driver’s licence.
• National Police Check.
• Working with Vulnerable People Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate/s.
