Job summary

Simply Helping Northern Tasmania is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalised care to individuals in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity.

What You Bring

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Higher


• Previous experience in home care or a related field (preferred)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for individuals with diverse needs


• Reliability, trustworthiness, and a vehicle suitable for travel up to 40 minutes


• Flexibility to meet the varying needs of Service Users

Mandatory Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check


• Working with Children’s Check


• Current First Aid & CPR


• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable car
