Based in Mackay and working across Proserpine, Bowen and Cannonvale, you’ll build employer partnerships, support jobseekers to grow in confidence, and create life‑changing employment pathways. The role involves:

• Employer Partnerships — Build strong relationships with local businesses and advocate for inclusive hiring
• Reverse Marketing — Identify and convert new job opportunities through proactive engagement
• Job Readiness Workshops — Deliver engaging sessions on resumes, interviews, and workplace skills
• Strengths Based Matching — Connect jobseekers to roles that align with their abilities and goals
• Workplace Assessments — Ensure environments are safe, accessible, and culturally inclusive
• Community Engagement — Represent BUSY Ability at expos, job fairs, and local events
• Performance Outcomes — Convert leads into sustainable placements that change lives

• Experienced in sales, recruitment, employment services, employer engagement, or diversity hiring with an ability to address objections, employer engagement, employment services, or diversity hiring

• Tech‑savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Able to obtain a National Police Check, Blue Card, and hold a valid driver’s licence
• A like for being out and about talking to employers and people in the community.
