Job summary

McPherson’s Consumer Products is seeking a Supply Planner for Sydney CBD in a hybrid role. You will develop and maintain inventories to meet customer demand while minimizing costs, collaborate with sales, operations and procurement, and analyse forecasts to adjust plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field with 3+ years of supply planning experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a supply plan that meets demand while minimizing costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans for optimal stock.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and procurement to align plans.
• Analyse demand forecasts and historical data to identify trends.
• Manage inventory levels for multiple products and SKUs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Develop relationships with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on KPIs like inventory, stockouts, and excess.
