Milwaukee Tool Australia & New Zealand is seeking a skilled Demand Planner ANZ to build a fit-for-purpose demand plan across the portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand gaps, risks, and opportunities and help optimize stock and forecasting accuracy.

The role reports to the Demand Planning Lead and is based in Melbourne in a hybrid setup, with an emphasis on delivering continuous improvement in demand planning and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Business degree or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical skills and well organized.
• Critical thinker with initiative.
• Experience collaborating with external and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand inputs from different sources.
• Oversee system health for statistical forecast generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather quantitative and qualitative data.
• Balance stock by monitoring dealer catalogues, new stores estimates and new partners.
• Own demand sensing and control processes, keeping information current in systems.
• Provide lifecycle input for new products, transitions, and deletions.
