Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of supplier and material master data, ERP/SRM systems, and administrative processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in Brokopondo on a rotational schedule of 14 days on, 7 days off.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Police Clearance Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SRM system administration, interfaces, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Maintain accurate supplier and material master data, including classifications, coding, and qualification information.
• Support supplier onboarding, data validation, and consistency across ERP, SRM, and other systems.
• Provide administrative support, including document control, reporting, meeting coordination, records management, and departmental procurement requests.
• Coordinate warehouse-related documentation, material requests, inventory information, reconciliations, and system transactions.
