CoolDrive Auto Parts in Melbourne is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis across Box Hill, Blackburn and Boronia locations. You will manage master data, perform data profiling and validation, and support testing of ERP and warehouse systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel skills, and experience with WMS/ERP. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, freight or related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or Information Systems (desirable).
• Experience with WMS/ERP/DRP systems in operational or improvement environments.
• Data cleansing, validation and controlled data maintenance experience.
• Ability to create process documentation and explain changes to users.

Responsabilités

• Manage master data for items, locations, suppliers, customers and other master data.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation and exception analysis between source systems and ERP/warehouse platforms.
• Coordinate data-change requests and maintain audit trails.
• Develop and run validation reports and monitor data-quality measures.
• Support testing of supply chain, ERP, warehouse and freight-system changes.
• Execute regression and user acceptance testing across inbound, inventory, replenishment and freight processes.
• Validate interfaces and message flows between ERP, warehouse, freight-management and reporting tools.
• Log, investigate and retest defects with clear documentation.
• Prepare testing updates and circulate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions and training materials; ensure accuracy and version control.
