Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
• Experience with virtualization and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS).
• Flexible for rotational on-call support; supply chain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate and analyze processes, procedures and practices.
• Troubleshoot WMS, SQL Server, and third-party software issues.
• Manage WMS environments and configure migrations between environments.
• Create and enhance reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
• Mentor team members on WMS tools and processes.
