Job summary

Dy-Mark Australia, a leading manufacturer and distributor of marking paints and coatings, seeks a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst for a 1-year fixed-term, full-time contract at the Darra Head Office. You will drive forecasting, inventory control, procurement support, warehousing and logistics, translating data insights into practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or analytics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, reports and KPI metrics.
• Analyse inventory performance, forecast accuracy, supplier performance and trends.
• Support DRP/MRP planning and replenishment activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, slow-moving and obsolete stock.
• Conduct supplier and procurement analysis, including RFQs and lead-time reviews.
• Maintain ERP master data and planning parameters.
• Identify opportunities for automation and cost optimisation.
• Support cross-functional projects and act as 2IC to the Supply Chain Manager.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team based at our Head Office in Darra on a one-year fixed-term, full-time contract.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in improving supply chain performance across forecasting, inventory management, procurement support, warehousing, logistics, supplier performance and operational planning.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating insights into practical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, reports and KPI metrics.
• Analyse inventory performance, forecast accuracy, supplier performance and operational trends.
• Support DRP/MRP planning and replenishment activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, slow-moving and obsolete stock.
• Conduct supplier and procurement analysis, including RFQs, pricing and lead-time reviews.
• Maintain ERP master data, planning parameters and batch tracking information.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Act as delegated 2IC to the Supply Chain Manager when required.

About You

You will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics or Business Analytics.
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, distribution or similar operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP (Pronto preferred) systems and advanced Excel.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide practical business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with data report tools (e.g. Cognos, Power BI), SQL, dashboarding or data visualisation tools will be highly regarded.
• A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations Management or a related discipline.
