Duncan Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy team in St Leonards, Sydney, on a full-time contract until July 2027. The role focuses on managing outsourced production, third-party supply, and related activities to keep our kerbside management solutions running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a similar role or a related field, strong Excel and communication skills, and a proactive approach to time management and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Sense of urgency with effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outsourced equipment production and third party product supply.
• Liaise with Sales to understand sold products and communicate requirements.
• Update delivery team on production progress and timelines.
• Assist with invoicing and enter orders with Finance.
• Manage stock related to equipment supply and handle customer returns.
• Provide backup support in the warehouse when required.

About the Role

Due to a secondment, we are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our busy team based in St Leonards. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role is initially offered on a full time, contract basis until July 2027.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the management of outsourced equipment production, third party product supply and related activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with Sales to understand the products they have sold.
• Work with suppliers to get the correct products made.
• Update our delivery team on production progress.
• Work with finance to enter orders and assist with invoicing.
• Manage stock related to equipment supply.
• Manage customer returns.
• Provide backup assistance in warehouse as required.

About you

You are a proactive and details-oriented person with proven time management skills.

You will ideally bring:

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role or be a recent graduate in a related field
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Sense of urgency with effective time management
