Job summary

Duncan Solutions in Nelson Bay is seeking a practical Field Technician to service and install parking meters and related equipment. You will perform line marking, sensor work, maintenance, and fault resolution to keep our kerbside systems running smoothly.

If you have a current Australian driver’s license, strong customer service, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently, youe, you2ll thrive in our supportive team. We provide full training and gear to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Small line marking, in-ground sensor removals and installation.
• Inspecting, repairing, fault finding, testing and resolving meter issues.
• Ensuring that customer contract service levels are complied with.
• Completing and processing documentation including updating and closing open service tickets.
• Installing and commissioning of equipment - Parking meters.
• Cleaning of equipment including graffiti removal.
• Installation and removal of advertising material and consumables.
• Proactive maintenance of equipment.
• Inventory control of spare parts including batteries.

About the Role

• Small line marking, in ground sensor removals and installation
