Job summary

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure products move efficiently through an international supply network. Working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate shipments, manage permits and documentation, monitor performance and help ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
You can expect diversity in your duties as you will be involved in logistics coordination, compliance activities, reporting, process improvement projects and supply chain performance analysis, while helping maintain the high operational standards Winchester is known for.

About You

You are an organised and detail-oriented supply chain or logistics professional with import/export experience. You thrive in fast-paced environments, build strong relationships with stakeholders and have the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
Ideally, you'll bring experience from a distribution, logistics, import/export or supply chain environment in a highly compliant/regulated field. In addition you possess strong analytical skills and confidence working with systems such as ERP platforms, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
