Job summary

Spinifex Recruiting represents an industry-leading client based in Dubbo seeking an experienced warehousing professional to lead day-to-day operations and coach a team of eight. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency in picking, loading and dispatch, and coordinating logistics to meet customer expectations.

You will drive a strong safety culture, use SAP and MS Office, and hold a forklift licence (HR licence considered advantageous). A pre-employment medical will apply.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehousing, logistics or transport management.
• Excellent customer service focus.
• Genuine commitment to workplace safety.
• Forklift licence and experience essential. HR licence would be highly regarded.
• General computer literacy including MS Office with SAP (or similar) an advantage.

Our client is an industry leader in their field and has a genuine opportunity for an experienced warehousing professional. Based in Dubbo, you will be part of a network of regional sites and be responsible for a close-knit team. You will take ownership of the day to day warehouse operations, leading from the front, but not afraid to get down in the trenches when required.

What you will be doing:

• Lead, coach and support a team of 8 in a busy warehouse to achieve safe and efficient outcomes
