Job summary

A leading specialized logistics firm is seeking a Supervisor for the Brisbane Depot. In this role, you will oversee projects and special devices operations across various sites in Australia. You are expected to ensure that all duties adhere to local regulations and safety standards. Ideally, you will possess at least 5 years of supervisory experience in SPMT and have strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is essential.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Join our team as a Supervisor overseeing our projects and special devices work for our Brisbane Depot working on some amazing projects throughout Australia.

Being based from the Brisbane Depot, you will deployed to a range of sites and project works as and where required in line with project requirements. As a Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of projects and operations with the duty of overseeing and project execution is in accordance with local regulations. You will ensure all duties are conducted in a safe and efficient manner whilst also ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our clients and employees.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• On‑site supervision of SPMT and Special devices equipment and highly skilled teams

• Executing and overseeing mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively and in accordance with site/project requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 5 years Supervising experience in SPMT and Special Devices, preferably within the mining/construction industry

• Valid driver's license — Essential

• To be a confident and motivated leader

• Excellent communication and management skills

• To be adaptable and have flexibility in working schedule
