Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) seeks a Supervisor for Solar Piling and Tracker Installation to lead piling and tracker assembly on a Pilbara solar development. You will plan schedules, coordinate crews and materials, and ensure daily production targets are met with rigorous safety and quality standards.

Reporting to construction leadership, you will manage crews, subcontractors and equipment, resolve non-conformances, and maintain accurate production records in a remote project

Qualifications

• Supervision experience in piling, foundations or renewable construction.
• Experience with piling operations, post-driving rigs and tracker assembly.
• Strong crew leadership and subcontractor coordination.
• High WHS and construction quality focus.
• Daily planning, plant management and resource allocation.
• Effective stakeholder communication and problem solving.
• Valid licences, machinery tickets and driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead piling, bored and CFA piling, post-driving and frame installation activities.
• Plan work schedules, rigs, materials and assembly tooling.
• Resolve alignment, ground-condition and torque non-conformances.
• Coach crews and manage subcontractors and production priorities.
• Coordinate survey checks of piling tolerances and tracker alignment.
• Maintain pile-count records and production reports.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely, maintained and demobilised effectively.

The Opportunity

Supervise piling installation and mechanical tracker assembly on a solar development in Western Australia's Pilbara region. Reporting to construction leadership, you will coordinate crews, rigs and materials to achieve daily production and engineering tolerances.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead driven, bored and CFA piling, post-driving and frame installation activities.
• Plan work schedules, rigs, materials and assembly tooling.
