Multicultural Consulting Services Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Project Engineer (Civil or Electrical) to lead construction packages on a major solar development in WA. You will coordinate interfaces, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor site teams on a Pilbara project, reporting to area leadership.

Eligible for Engineers Australia membership with 5–8+ years in civil or electrical sectors is preferred. Australian work rights are required, with flexible arrangements discussed for project needs.

Formación

• Engineering bachelor degree in Civil or Electrical, or equivalent, with eligibility for Engineers Australia membership.
• Five to eight or more years in civil construction, electrical infrastructure, renewables or major projects.
• Track record managing complex civil or electrical packages.
• Strong construction methods, contracts and project controls knowledge.
• Leadership, commercial judgement and project-system proficiency; Primavera P6 is desirable.
• Current Australian work rights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage earthworks, piling and access roads or HV/MV reticulation, substations and solar array scopes.
• Track budgets, schedules, costs and delivery risks.
• Resolve technical and constructability issues.
• Prepare work scopes, estimates, methods and project documentation.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Support procurement, subcontract administration and quality compliance.

The Opportunity

Lead civil or electrical construction engineering packages on a major solar development in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. Reporting to area leadership, you will coordinate engineering interfaces, construction performance and junior engineers.

Your Responsibilities
