Job summary

Pacific National in Queensland seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead frontline train crews within the QLD Coal North network from Sarina. You will drive safety, performance and crew capability across the region, ensuring safe and reliable service delivery while fostering a high-performance culture.

Based in Sarina, you will oversee rostering, coaching, onboarding of drivers and operational staff, and collaboration with planning teams to optimise outcomes.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in transport, logistics, mining, rail or heavy industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

About Your New Role

As an experienced Supervisor, you will join Pacific National's QLD Coal team, based in Sarina. You will lead frontline train crews and support operational activities across Sarina and the broader Coal North region, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable service delivery while fostering a high-performance team culture.

What You Will Do
